The RCP special menu for Easter includes one of the specialties of Syrian Christian traditional cooking.
The rice balls rolled out out rice grain powder, steamed and put into a flavoured broth of thick coconut milk.
This dish is accompanied with duck, chicken or beef. At RCP, its specialty dish of Chef Pillai’s “Veetile Kozhi Curry” accompanies the subtle rice balls or ‘Pidi’ very well.
