This time Chef Pillai heads to TRISHNA, Marleybone,  for a dinner evening with friends. TRISHNA is a premium Indian Restaurant with a Michelin Star and part of the hotel group that runs among other restaurants the classy GYMKHANA and HOPPERS.
For Chef Pillai it is almost like coming home.
From the pictures of the meal, it is definetely the Malabar crab and the rest of the delicious Koliwada menu that they ate.
TRISHNA celebrates the delicacies of the South Western Coast of India. Deep below, is the South Western home state of Chef Pillai, which will be celebrating the Annual harvest festival of ONAM, complete with a banana leaf Onam Sadhya!
Some popular review extracts of TRISHNA,

“I will say about Trishna — speaking as someone who loves heat — that they care little for petty British palates and will knock your socks off with chilli.” Grace Dent – Evening Standard.

“Trishna, sister restaurant of the exceptional Gymkhana, is modern and spacious chic with a reasonably priced tasting menu that’s light, fresh, and never too heavy. Come for a solid meal in an organized and serious environment.
