Chef Pillai’s ONAM SADHYA 2022 was the rainbow towards the end of some historic rains in the tech city of Bengaluru this year.
The Thiruonam day Sadhya sit down session was at The Groves, a lavishly laid out banquet centre with lawns and ample space for a royal Onam Sadhya served on banana leaves with all the pomp and glory.
The Sadhya ceremonies kicked off with the lamp lighting by Chef Pillai in the presence of the happy king Mahabali in full costume with his signature umbrella.
Mahabali was smiling on every one who had turned up in their festive attire and welcomed on arrival with the traditional smearing of chandanam on their foreheads.
Everyone had a sumptuous Sadhya comprising over 27 traditional dishes including 3 delicious payasams!
With fun and games for the kids and elders alike, ONAM 2022 was ushered in with all its pomp by the dine in option of Chef Pillai.
It was a memorable Onam and we look forward to having a bigger turnout next year!
