Egg Appams or Egg Hoppers are are Kerala’s appams, the fermented rice batter steamed into lace fringed appams with an egg broken into the middle of the Appam. A traditional breakfast dish in Kerala, today egg appams is eaten at lunch and dinner too.
These are great accompaniments to fish stews, meat curries and veg dishes too.
