Ltd., It is a restaurant brand specialised to cater the varied dishes of Chef Pillai both traditional as well as newly-curated dishes in Kerala cuisine. It has been popular with the younger generation and families as they get to experience eating specially curated dishes in a casual dining environment.

With its casual restaurant ambience and seating UNITED COCONUT was a roaring success with people of all age groups. It provided a unique culinary experience of Kerala’s traditional dishes all with Chef Pillai’s special touch and presentation.
The 2nd UNITED COCONUT outlet then opened doors in Kannur, the northern city in Kerala close to the Payyabalam beach. Providing exciting and flavourful cuisine again in a casual dining restaurant interior.
With Chef Pillai’s dishes curated mostly putting the flesh of the coconut to good use, the brand name resonated with the people, especially the younger generation and families,

It is almost a culinary journey from the deep South to the northernmost Malabar regions of Kerala. There are roasted Ashtamudi mud crabs, Kuttanad duck roast, oysters and calamari, chicken fry and mutton curry from Chef Pillai’s hometown Kollam to get your tastebuds rejuvenated enough to hit the most sought after signature dish – The fish Nirvana.
Whole slices of sear fish are pan fried in Kerala masala and allowed to slow cook in an open banana leaf with ginger, curry leaves and green chillies. Almost as if the fish is floating in a sea of spiced coconut milk fringed by a green banana leaf shoreline.
It is this dish that keeps folks coming back for more.
